Is there a limit to the number of requested images per day?
We do not have a specific upper limit.

I can’t send image files from the “Member Registration” form…
The maximum file size of an image that can be sent through the “Member Registration” form is ~1MB.

What is the cost of cropping when there are multiple people in one image?

Can you correct the image after the cropping is complete?
We will respond promptly and free of charge to requests for correction or rework that are due to insufficient or incomplete checks by our company.

How long is the delivery time?
Normally, around 300 items can be submitted in the evening and delivered by the next morning.
