Request work - from FTP (WinSCP)
When you send us your requested data through KIRIKOM’s FTP server,
You will need to download and install FTP software to send your data through our FTP server. Please see below for instructions on how to do this.
1. install
１．First, the official website Download Pageand click on “Installation package”,
Click on “Installation package.
２．Open the downloaded file,
The following screen will appear.
3. Next, click on “Permission.
4. Next, click on “Permission. Select “Standard Installation” and click “OK.
5. Select “Commander” and click “Next.”
6. Click on “Install. Installation will then begin.
7. After installation is complete,
The “WinSCP Setup Wizard Complete” will appear.
Check the “Start WinSCP” checkbox and click “Finish,
WinSCP will start.
２．Start the software

After installation is complete, start WinSCP from the “Start Button”.
If you cannot find it from the Start button,
Type “WinSCP” in the search window and click on the software.

Upon startup, the “login screen” will appear.
３．Login
３−１．Fill in the required fields
When the login screen appears, enter the required information in the respective fields.
If you cannot connect with this setting, please change the item ① to “FTP” and try connecting again.
３−２． Save your login information
Save this login information,
You can easily connect to the KIRIKOM server in the future.
To save, click “Save Session as Site”
to save the session.
３−３．Next screen displayed
On the next screen that appears, set a name of your choice,
Check the “Save Password” checkbox,
Click “OK” to save the password.
３−４． Settings are saved
The settings will be saved in the “Session” > “Site”,
You can click here to connect next time.
４．Connecting to the Server
Click on the saved session and a login screen will appear,
Click “Login” to connect. After a few moments, the connection to the server is complete.
When the connection is complete, the following screen will appear.
The screen on the left is the “PC” screen and the screen on the right is the “KIRIKOM FTP Server” screen.
To upload a file displayed on the left,
With the file selected, move it to the right and then release (drag& drop) it.
Conversely, to download a file from the KIRIKOM FTP server,
Please select the file on the right and drag & drop it to the PC screen on the left.
The location of the currently displayed folder is indicated at the top of each screen,
When moving or copying files, please do so while checking the folder location.
5．Ask for KIRIKOM.
Once the data has been uploaded onto the FTP server,
Now, submit a work request from the KIRIKOM administration page.
Click either “Contact Completion” or “Contact KIRIKOM” to proceed.
Next page.
Enter the necessary information for your work.
(1) Total number of requests
(2) Delivery format
(3) Please fill in your instructions and any other notes:
(4) Greetings
(5) option
Enter the five items and press the “Next” button.
If there are no problems on the final confirmation screen,
press the “Send to KIRIKOM” button.
Your request is now complete.
