「Click on “KIRIKOM” > “Contact Us”.
2. You will be redirected to the Inquiry Form screen.
Please contact KIRIKOM from this screen to cancel your request. Please fill in the required information and click the “Submit” button.
3. When this screen appears, you have completed sending the cancellation notice.
4. Please wait for a moment after the transmission is complete.
KIRIKOM will check the contents of your inquiry and process the cancellation.
It will take about 30 minutes to one hour to process your cancellation.
(*If you contact us at night, it may take several hours to complete processing.)
5. When the cancellation process is completed,
The “Status” of your request history will be “Cancel”.
