COVID-19Despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, our operations continue as usual.
Although a nationwide lockdown has been implemented in India, where our operations are based, all of our employees in the India office are working from home, utilizing our in-house developed system. This allows us to continue processing orders with the same quality and speed, without any disruption.
Update: Operations after the State of Emergency
We are maintaining normal operations beyond April 7.
A state of emergency was declared on April 7, but as we have already been working remotely since March 1 to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our operations, including customer support in Japan and quality control in India, will continue without any changes. Please rest assured that there will be no interruptions.
